Carboxylic Co-Polymer is a water-soluble specialty polymer used in industrial water-treatment applications as a scale inhibitor and dispersing agent. It helps control the formation and deposition of calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate and other mineral scales while keeping suspended particles dispersed in water. The product is commonly supplied as a clear to pale-yellow liquid and is used in cooling-water systems, boiler-water treatment, reverse osmosis plants, desalination systems and other industrial circulating-water applications. It offers good compatibility with various water-treatment formulations and is generally supplied in HDPE carboys, drums or IBC containers.
